Why not tell your children to just kick child abductors “you know where”?

by John Hall on March 30, 2010

Sure you can and it might work… but what if kicking (hitting, biting or fighting back, etc.) does not stop kidnappers? The problem is adrenaline inside abductors numbs pain (plus any drugs or alcohol).

So make sure to tell your children it is not really about hurting someone or causing pain, it’s about not letting them MOVE you from the FIRST place they talk to you, or touch you…

Waiting to “fight back” after being moved (abducted) to a 2nd location (it could be three feet away in a car or three hours away in a barn) where nobody can hear or see you is not a good place to be.

This little shift in your kids’ focus has a GIGANTIC affect around increasing the odds they can escape.
