Start from scratch with KID ESCAPE or add it to your current programs?
Either way, it’s your call. Sometimes schools, police, churches and martial artists will include Grip, Dip & Spin™ to spice up their existing safety curriculums, and other times they teach KID ESCAPE in full.
As anyone with experience teaching or public speaking will tell you, children can be a brutal audience. Adults will sit patiently through an educational event and tell the instructor how “great” he/she was…
But if kids aren’t entertained, you’ll know it immediately, and they are pitiless. In the world of children’s education, you’ve got to be good to survive. Maybe this is why KID ESCAPE LIVE is still around today.
Since I taught my first KID ESCAPE program in 1997 at my son Aaron’s school (he is the little dude in the KID ESCAPE DVD -:) 100’s of others (schools, churches + dojos) have my permission to teach it.
Because “A Picture Is Worth A 1,000 Words”, watch this video from a KID ESCAPE school program in April, 2010. There are 100+ first and second graders having fun, while actively learning without fear.
Just to let you know, teaching this is not for everybody, you need to have three things: 1.) The heart of a teacher 2.) A sense of humor 3.) Access to groups of children you want to inspire and entertain.
Right now, I bet there are parents at your school, church, group or special event who want to provide a child abduction safety program that’s fun and memorable, like nothing their kids have seen before.
So that brings up three questions: 1.) Do you want me to teach it? 2.) Do you want to teach it? 3.) Or do you want someone at your school to teach it? You probably aren’t sure, which is perfectly okay.
To help you decide whether you want to teach my full KID ESCAPE version, or complement your own presentation, I will send you the entire agenda and videos from my 60 minute KID ESCAPE program.
There is no catch. You get total access to my full program, so you can decide if this is something you want to teach, or host. All I ask for is your email, so I can send the 12 video segments and transcripts.
MY PRIVACY PROMISE: I will never give your email to anybody else, you can “opt out” anytime, and I promise NOT to bombard you with messages. Questions or concerns? Call me at 513-364-2702 EST.
